    Phase Two: Full-Service Design Management

    For the client who wants us to manage the process (Start to Finish).

    Includes everything in Phase One, plus:

    - Product ordering & vendor donation

    - Communication with contractors/installers (If applicable)

    -Implementation guidance to bring the design to life

    Pricing starts at: $1000+ per project (based on project scope, number of spaces, and service needs)

    Add-On: Hands-on Organizing & Styling

  • Senior Citizen Organizing 60+

    Home Organizing:

    Hourly Rate $40, 2hr minimum

    - Closets, Kitchens, Bathrooms, Pantries, Full-home organization.

    -Includes decluttering, organizing, space optimization, product recommendations.

    Pack/Unpack & Organizing Package

    $600 (10 hours total over 2 days)

    Move in/Move out only

    - Day 1: Unpacking & Setting up essentials

    - Day 2: Organizing & Optimizing spaces

  • Sell My Stuff

    Need to get rid of unwanted items but don’t have time to sell them ?

    I’ll take care of the entire process- photographing, listing, and handling sales so you can sit back and collect your earnings.

    Step 1: List , manage, and try to sell items for the duration of time given.

    Step 2: Donate Unsold Items: If they don’t sell, I can offer drop-off with a tax deduction receipt.

    There would be a small drop off fee applied…

    Flat Rate Fee: $150-$300 per session (Covers listing for all items)

    - Commission: Up to 50% per item sold, open for discussion

  • Room Measuring

    Accurate , professional measurements for your rooms or commercial spaces.

    Perfect for planning renovations, installations, or furnishing layouts.

    - On-site measurements of walls, doors, windows, and ceiling height.

    - Rough floor plan sketch or layout provided (PDF or JPG)

    -Optional video or photo walkthrough available

    Pricing $75/hr (2 hr minimum)

  • Policies & Guidelines

    1. Booking & Deposits

    - A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment.

    -Remaining balance is due upon service completion.

    - Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a rescheduled session if given proper notice.

    2.Cancellations & Rescheduling

    - 48hr notice required to reschedule without penalty.

    -Cancellations within less than 48 hrs result in forfeiting the deposit.

    - No-call/no-show appointments will be charged in full and cannot be rescheduled.

    Payment & Fees

    -Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit,Zelle, Cash App , Venmo or Business Invoice.

    - Additional charges may apply for last-minute add-ons or extended services.
