Most sessions take between 3-5hrs depending on the space size and goals. If we complete the project early, we’ll use the remaining time to tidy other small areas or discuss future maintenance options.

Need to get rid of unwanted items but don’t have time to sell them ?

I’ll take care of the entire process- photographing, listing, and handling sales so you can sit back and collect your earnings.

Step 1: List , manage, and try to sell items for the duration of time given.

Step 2: Donate Unsold Items: If they don’t sell, I can offer drop-off with a tax deduction receipt.

There would be a small drop off fee applied…

Flat Rate Fee: $150-$300 per session (Covers listing for all items)

Project Terms:

Each home is unique pricing is per project, based on space size and goals.

During your initial consultation, we’ll:

-Assess your home’s needs

-Discuss each room to be included

-Provide a customized project quote

Additional rooms or extended projects are billed under a new agreement.

This service does not include cleaning, grocery shopping, or laundry tasks.

Starting at $1,000 per project +$45/hr for ongoing tasks

1. Booking & Deposits

- A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment.

-Remaining balance is due upon service completion.

- Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a rescheduled session if given proper notice.

2.Cancellations & Rescheduling

- 48hr notice required to reschedule without penalty.

-Cancellations within less than 48 hrs result in forfeiting the deposit.

- No-call/no-show appointments will be charged in full and cannot be rescheduled.

Payment & Fees

-Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit,Zelle, Cash App , Venmo or Business Invoice.

- Additional charges may apply for last-minute add-ons or extended services.
